Combine files into PDF
From TOI-Pedia
You can combine multiple files into a single PDF file using Adobe Acrobat Professional. The files can be of various formats: PDF, DWG, BMP, GIF, HTML, JPG, DOC, PPT, XLS, PNG, TXT and TIFF.
Note that this option is not available when you're using the free Adobe Reader software; you must use the (non-free) Adobe Acrobat Professional.
To convert multiple files:
- Choose File>Create PDF>From Multiple Files, or use the shelf button.
- Click browse to locate the files to be included, uses shift-select or control-select to select multiple files
- Rearrange the files if needed (especially when the numbering of your files is ..1.. ..2.. instead of ..01.. ..02..) by dragging them in the list.
- Click OK
- Save the PDF
With most installations you can also select the files in any Windows explorer window and then right-click and choose Combine (supported) files in Acrobat...
